TURMERIC LEMONADE TO EASE DEPRESSION

Ingredients
4 cups of cold water.
2 Tbsp of freshly grated or powdered turmeric.
4 Tbsp 100% maple syrup, honey or stevia if you are avoiding sugar.
1 lemon or lime.
Juice from 1 blood orange (optional)
Tiny pinch of black pepper (Always Mix Curcumin With Black Pepper)
Mix all the ingredients in a pitcher. Stir it and serve it with slices of lemon.
Recipe: 4 servings.
USES:
– It contains natural anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antiviral properties.
– It is a strong immunity booster that will improve absorption of essential nutrients
– Juices are used in many detoxes as nutrients to absorb and reduce calories
It can be consumed on a daily basis and it goes well with any type of food.

The Power of 3 to Fight Inflammation (Turmeric, Black…

Turmeric Tomato Soup
What You Need:
¾ cup cherry tomatoes, rinsed and cut in halves
1 can diced tomatoes (don’t drain the sauce)
½ cup low-sodium vegetable stock
1 minced onion
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coconut oil
½ tsp sea salt
1 tsp dried basil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar- ACV
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
What to Do:
Fry onion and garlic in coconut oil over medium heat for 1 minute.
Add turmeric, cherry tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
Add canned tomatoes, stock, ACV, and basil. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, then cover and let simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Blend using a blender or hand mixer until creamy.
Season with salt and pepper.

Herbal Detox Drink

Here’s the recipe for a wonder drink that helps to reduce your weight and accelerate the function of your metabolism.
To make this drink you will need the following ingredients:
-8 ½ cups of filtered water
-1 teaspoon of grated ginger (or a tablespoon of organic ginger root powder)
-1 medium-size cucumber, thinly sliced
-1 medium-size lemon, thinly sliced
-12 fresh mint leaves
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in a large pitcher and let all the flavors blend overnight. Remove the lemon slices, ginger and mint leaves from the pitcher before pouring the drink in a glass. If you do not drink it all during the day, you can refrigerate it for up to 2 days.
