Sun Breath: Invigorates Your Body

Follow these simple steps to enrich your daily routines and increase your vigor and stamina:
Stand in a comfortable position, with arms down at your side and your fingers together.
Inhale and raise your arms up.
Exhale as you lower your arms back down to your side.
Move your arms with control, timing your arm movements with your breath.
Repeat 5 times.
