Yoga Nidra Meditation

Yoga nidra is a series of mind, body, and awareness techniques that will help you fall asleep and stay asleep. It relieves insomnia by allowing you to disengage from thoughts and other stressors and to experience deep relaxation.
20 minutes of yoga nidra is said to be equivalent to 3 hours of sleep!  By inducing the ‘relaxation response’, the body’s natural healing state, Yoga Nidra turns the healing switch on in the nervous system, allowing your body to heal, prevent illness, and also to fall and stay sleep!  Yoga Nidra helps to retrain your nervous system to relax on its own.
